FACILITY USAGE POLICY
Facilities:
St. John Fisher College, which hosts the Buffalo Bills Summer Training Camp, is an NCAA Division III institution, but offers the athletic facilities of a Division I program. Over the past few years, Fisher has made several additions and improvements in athletics, investing millions of dollars in its student-athletes, and still more are on the way.
Whether your one of the over 400 student-athletes participating in an NCAA athlete program, or a student looking to stay in shape, Fisher's athletic facilities have just what you are looking for.
Here's a quick look at what Fisher offers:
Growney Stadium is home to the Cardinals' football, soccer and lacrosse teams. It is also used by many of the College's intramural programs. The stadium features a new synthetic surface, extending the outdoor playing season well into winter, while lighting and a 2,100 seat grandstand provide spectators with a bird's-eye view of the action.
Dugan Yard, the College's baseball complex, is one of the finest baseball facilities in the state.
Other outdoor facilities include: four tennis courts, two regulation-size grass practice fields, a softball complex and a nine-hole golf course, free to students during the school year.
Fisher's Student Life Center features a 19,000-square foot addition that features a fitness center/weight room, training facilities and team locker rooms.
The field house in the SLC allows for students to participate in several activities, including pick-up basketball, while Fisher's men's and women's basketball teams play at Bobby Wanzer Court at Manning & Napier Varsity Gym, located just steps away from the SLC.
