losing 3-0 to host SUNY Brockport.
The Cardinals, who trailed 1-0 at intermission after the Golden Eagles scored with less than two minutes left in the first half, out-shot Brockport 8-5 over the final 45 minutes, but failed to score the equalizer.
Robert Weigand stopped four shots in the opening 75 minutes, while
Kyle Metcalfe made two saves and didn't allow a goal for the remainder of the game.
Fisher (0-3-1) returns to action at 7 p.m. on Tuesday and will host Hobart College. The Statesmen are ranked No. 2 in the latest national coaches poll.
