Lauren Glavin became the St. John Fisher College women's lacrosse program's all-time leader in points on Wednesday, tallying one goal and one assist, but it wasn't enough, as Roanoke College ended the game with a 5-1 run and
defeated the Cardinals 12-10 in overtime. The game featured two top 20 teams. The Cardinals entered the contest ranked 16th nationally, while the Maroons were ranked 19th nationally in the preseason poll. Glavin entered the game with 199 career points and passed Laurie Quackenbush, who finished her career with 200 points.
The Cardinals will return to action on Friday and will face another nationally-ranked program, Mary Washington.
