The St. John Fisher College volleyball teams had its season come to an end on Saturday, as the Cardinals dropped a 3-1 (25-17, 16-25, 25-13, 25-17) to host Elmira College in the semifinals of the ECAC Upstate Championship.
Elaina Braun led the Cardinals with 25 assists and 22 kills, while
Becca Smith added 14 digs on 12 kills.
Brittany Rowan chipped in with 10 kills.
With the loss, Fisher finishes the season with a 20-19 overall record, marking the second time in the last 10 years that the Cardinals have reached the 20-win plateau.
