Men's Golf Claims Sixth Consecutive ECAC Upstate Championship

The St. John Fisher College men's golf team won its sixth straight ECAC Upstate Championship on Sunday at Ravenwood Golf Course.  Fisher, who entered Sunday's final round with a three-shot lead over NYU after posting a 299 on Saturday, shot a 284 on the final day and finished with a two-day total of 583.  Brady Yates fired a 67 on Sunday, after posting a 79 on Saturday and finished tied for second overall with a 146.  Tyler McArdell (70-76) also shot a 146 and was tied for second as well.

Eric Koehler (77-70) and Chris Clapper (76-71) each placed tied for fifth place with a 147.  James Ozzello shot 76 on both Saturday and Sunday and ended the tournament tied for 11th place with a 152.

The men's basketball team erupts for 101 points and wins 101-65 over visiting SUNY Oswego.  The Cardinals led 47-26 at the half and 10 different players scored in the win with Rudy Rivera's 25 points leading the way.
