Nearing the close of summer, St. John Fisher College will officially begin the Fall 2008 season with a bevy of games this weekend.
On Friday, the women’s soccer team will host a four-team tournament featuring Rhode Island College, University of Pittsburgh-Bradford, and Ohio Wesleyan University, volleyball will host SUNY Geneseo, and the men’s soccer team will begin play in the Flower City Classic with a match against SUNY Cortland hosted by University of Rochester.
Saturday features the season-opener for women’s tennis, as the Cardinals will travel to RPI for a tournament, while women’s soccer will compete in either the championship or consolation round of its tournament.
To wrap up the weekend on Sunday, men’s soccer will take on SUNY Oswego, while women’s tennis will conclude action in the RPI tournament.
