Women's Basketball Finishes Second In Invitational Championship
Kristen Taliento finished with 14 points and nine rebounds (both career-highs) in Saturday's loss to St. Vincent College.
The St. John Fisher College women's basketball team dropped its first game of the season to St. Vincent (PA), 75-57 on Saturday. The loss came in the championship game of the Courtyard-Marriott Invitational, which was hosted by Fisher. 

The Cardinals were led by junior Kristen Taliento who posted career highs for both points (14) and rebounds (9). Taliento and senior Meagan Tubbs were named to the All-Tournament team.

Fisher will return to action on Tuesday at home against Buffalo State at 7 p.m.

The men's basketball team erupts for 101 points and wins 101-65 over visiting SUNY Oswego.  The Cardinals led 47-26 at the half and 10 different players scored in the win with Rudy Rivera's 25 points leading the way.
