After defeating No. 6 seed Springfield, the third-seeded Cardinals (25-19) will take on No. 2 Endicott (39-4) in the NCAA Division III Championship Regional.  The first pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. at tournament host SUNY Plattsburgh.

The greatest season in the seven-year history of men's lacrosse at St. John Fisher College ended on Thursday, as the Cardinals lost 16-6 to host R.I.T. in the semifinals of the ECAC Upstate Championship.

With the loss, Fisher finishes the season with an 11-5 overall record, setting a new College mark for wins in a season and best winning percentage.
